Lolz with Mother Goose

The Man in Our Town
There was a man in our town,
And he was wondrous wise,
He jumped into a bramble bush,
And scratched out both his eyes;
But when he saw his eyes were out,
With all his might and main,
He jumped into another bush,
And scratched 'em in again.

WTF?
I was given a copy of that book for our son before he was born. His room was black and white so I nailed it to the wall. I don't think we ever opened it up. None of it makes any sense, does it?

Hugs!!

lol!!!! I love the image of you nailing the book directly to the wall, did you pre-drill the hole, use a railroad spike or just nail it on the outside.

Mother Goose is some pretty bizarre nonsensical funny stuff. This one just made me laugh.

Nailed it to the wall. Made the hole in it with the nail. I loved how it matched the room.

Hugs!!

Hey, I love the elephants on the veldt. Is there an implication, or is it, legitimately, just a cool header image?

As for the elephants I'm sure we could explore reasons why they appeal to me, what they symbolize to me personally, what they represent psychoanalytically, why I am drawn to dramatic color contrasts.

Does it mean something specific to you?
